George P. Jaynes Justice Center Open for Business
|
The George P. Jaynes Justice Center officially opened its doors for business on Monday, October 26, 2009. The new justice center will be home to the Circuit Court Clerk, Clerk & Master, Probate Court, Juvenile Office and District Attorney. In addition all court matters will be conducted in the new 7 courtroom facility. The justice center, which is located at 108 West Jackson Blvd., Jonesborough, TN 37659, will hold a dedication ceremony on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. with Governor Phil Bredesen guest speaking.

Nakatetsu Corp. and Koyo Corp. locate in Washington County Industrial Park

Washington County Mayor George Jaynes with Economic Development Board members P.C. Snapp and Alan Bridwell and members of Nakatetsu and Koyo Corporation. Nakatetsu Corporation along with Koyo Corporation have become the newest companies to locate in the Washington County Industrial Park located in Jonesborough. Both companies are currently in operation.
